Our pancake recipe is as simple as it is delicious. The taste strikes a perfect balance between sweet and savoury, and so long as you follow our instructions, you’ll be rewarded with a fluffy centre and just the right amount of crisp around the edges. There’s a sort of science behind them … you’ll have to see what we mean.

Contents: 720 g dry pancake mix
Ingredients: Flour (wheat), sugar, baking powder, salt. *requires additional wet ingredients such as vegan egg, milk and/or dairy-alternative and vegetable oil
Quantity: half a box makes 6-8 pancakes | a full box makes 14-16.
