It’s all in the blend. The reason WTF exists is to empower people to bake their favs without gluten and without giving up on taste. After a lot of trial and error, WTF came up with a flour blend that can be subbed in when you’re making muffins, cookies, cupcakes, brownies; whatever your favourites are.
You don’t have to have food allergies to use WTF; it’s good to diversify the grains you eat and try new flavour profiles.
