5 Ways to Stay Healthy in 2016

The holidays are a festive rat race where joyous indulgence often take the priority over mindful balance. For us, this indulgence usually leads to some ‘uh oh,’ moments before we make some extreme health goals where we plan to flip our eggnog sipping, gingerbread snacking ways a full 180 to some ideal postcard physique and ohm soaked mindset.
